Broadway Toyota is locally owned and operated and is proud to have served the Portland metro area for more than 30 years. In 2009 we moved to our current location which includes a state-of-the-art facility that accommodates 42 service bays. We first began with 40 employees, and today we employ over 120 people. We invest in our staff by providing ongoing in-house training on products and processes. In 2005, 2010, and 2011 we attained Toyota’s Signature certification requirements, which displayed our dedication to continuous improvements. In 2011 Broadway Toyota received the prestigious President’s Award that is given to the most elite dealerships in the country who have demonstrated a commitment to Toyota’s high standards for customer satisfaction.
We are proud to represent Toyota vehicles, and we offer an extensive inventory with competitive prices. However, our support and service doesn’t end when the initial sale does. We continue to build a relationship with you when you come in for service or parts and accessories. We also provide quarterly service clinics for new owners.
